Minimum order quantity for clear, frosted and coloured lenses starts from just 1,000pcs and depending on the quantity required we may also be able to offer you customised shapes for your paper glasses.

Standard or Custom Shape Paper Glasses
When deciding to manufacture your own custom printed 3D glasses you have the choice of either using our standard size frame, or for orders in excess of 2,500 pieces you may wish to design your own custom shaped frame. Most of the time our standard shaped frame will be more than suitable for most applications. If you do decide that you require a custom shaped knife-line we can help you develop the shape of your new knife. If you are planning on developing a new knife-line surcharges for the new knife, pre-production samples and the design of the knife may apply. Depending on the complexity of the shape of your glasses you will also need to add an additional three weeks to the production time to allow for manufacturing of the new knife, the production of samples and delivery of the new samples for inspection and approval.
Production Times
Typical production and delivery times for most small orders up to 20,000 pieces is approximately 14 - 21 days from art approval. Generally for orders above 20,000 pieces we normally allow approximately 30 - 40 days for production and delivery (quantity dependant). Production times are dependent on current factory load and time of year. To confirm production times please check with our office before placing your order.
